Dispatch	For each order, the certificate recipient receives an encrypted link by e-mail that gives him or her access to the electronic documents.
Login e-certificate	Registered users have a secure access to an area with their e-certificates via a login with authentication.
Form	Documents with digital signatures in terms of the Swiss Law of 18. March 2016 on Certification Services regarding digital Signatures (SR 943.03).
Validity	E-certificates and e-reports are only valid and reviewable in their electronic form. The results apply exclusively to the tested, calibrated or sampled object.
Availability	Retrieved electronic documents are deemed to have been delivered. METAS warrants an availability of at least 3 months.
