The payment of the criminal record excerpt fee by payment slip will no longer be possible as of October 1, 2022. Credit card, Postfinance card or Twint can only make the payment. Alternatively, it is possible to order a criminal record excerpt at any post office
The Swiss Criminal Records has received increased reports of deception when ordering criminal excerpt on the Internet. Currently, the deceptive acts take place on the following websites:
https://registerwegweiser.online/,
https://www.bopayment.info/strafregisterauszug-schweiz
https://www.dienstweg.info/strafregisterauszug/
We point out that the Swiss criminal record excerpt can be ordered only on the website of the Federal Office of Justice: https://www.criminal-records.admin.ch or at the post office counter.
